Contract-to-Hire:
In this model clients utilizes the candidate as a Contractor for a desired period of time. After specified timeline the client has an option to hire the candidate based on the staffing needs at that point of time.
Direct Hire:
In this arrangement the candidate is recruited for the full time placement/employment need of the client.
